Alaska’s Helmets to Hardhats (H2H)

Alaska’s Helmets to Hardhats is a free one-stop shop for the best construction industry jobs in Alaska. Alaska’s employers and trade organizations come to H2H looking for men and women who have served in our military with or without trade experience. H2H accepts active military, those in the National Guard and Reserves and veterans who want to join the building and construction trades. Trades range from truck drivers, mechanics, heavy equipment operators, electricians, welders, carpenters and more.

Alaska’s Helmets to Hardhats can provide information on how to access the construction industry, provide education on apprenticeship, link members to free construction training adding skills to resumes, provide career coaching and works with members to figure out which trade would be the best fit.
